I no longer have a Windows 8.1 system available for testing, but if I've somehow broken PD on it, I'd love to fix it as quickly as I can. This includes the VB runtimes built into Windows 8.1 and 10 (full list here: ). NET libraries are required by PD or any of the 3rd-party libraries it uses, but like all Windows apps, it does require *some* system libraries to be present.
